Strawberry Lane Farm in north central Missouri has been totally chemical-free since 1993. There are areas on the farm that have NEVER been treated with chemicals. The soil here is mostly rich, black Muddy Creek bottom. There are areas of sandy loam which provide friendly environments for the strawberries.feel right at home. Deep ditches dissect the farm and along their woodsy banks grow walnuts, morels, May Apples, hazelnuts, violets and other wonderful wild things. The offerings here include a large variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs, late May through October. Members will be notified the exact dates. We will have two ways for members to get shares. Members in the Metro Kansas City area will have delivery to their home or office on Wednesdays.
