One of these little gems is enough to really heat a batch of salsa. The only hotter peppers will be habeneros, but these are close. Drink milk after if you find them too hot, and wear rubber gloves if you chop or crumble them. They make a nice decoration when not in use, and will turn from green to oranges & yellows to reds. Each string has 20 or more peppers on it. We send green while they are available so you can watch them change and enjoy the view.
