The Suffern Farmers' market is open Saturdays, June through November, rain or shine, 9am to 1pm. The market is located in parking lot on Orange Avenue, at the foot of Wayne and Lafayette Avenues in Suffern, NY (Rockland County). The Market features fresh, locally-grown vegetables, fruits, organic produce, meats, prepared foods, cheeses, breads and other local products; also entertainment, cooking demonstrations, children's activities, fun for the whole family.

The Market supports local farmers, thus promoting and maintaining a healthy regional agricultural economy. The Market serves to: educate consumers about eating seasonally and locally through the interaction of growers and shoppers; foster social gathering and community activity; encourage pedestrian traffic in our downtown business district.
