Sugarsnap is a take-out restaurant and catering company located at the entrance to the Intervale in Burlington. We use primarily local products in our dishes. Everything is made from scratch using the very best ingredients.
We operate our own three-acre Intervale farm where we grow specialty produce, herbs and chickens to use in our kitchen. We also purchase produce from other farms, local dairy products and local meat.
