Sunflower King's Farm started as a field of sunflowers in 1976, today we are a certified natural grower of flowers, herbs and produce. For the past 30 years no herbicides or pesticides have been used.  Insect are controlled by beneficial predators (e.g., Spiders, Lady Beetles, and Green Lacewings). Weeds are controlled by flaming and tilling. Green manure and cover crops are used to improve soil fertility.
