Sweet Briar Farms

We raise Heritage pork that is free of sub-therapeutic levels of antibiotics and use no growth promotants or enhancers. We use as much organic grain that we can obtain, adding only vitamins, minerals, and trace nutrients. All of our pork is processed at a small family owned and USDA inspected facility. We currently sell at Farmers' Markets in Eugene and Portland and will ship product when requested.
