The deep kernels are sweet, white, and milky. Remains in the milk stage longer than many other varieties. A favorite for freezing and cream-style corn. Very flavorful. Well known throughout the Hudson Valley of New York. Adapted to northern Mid-Atlantic region. Has better resistance to corn smut than earlier, smaller varieties of sweet corn. Pkt.
