Certified organic farm just outside Menomonie, WI (1 hour from Twin Cities) producing certified organic milk, organic cheese, free range eggs, free range chickens, free range Heritatge Turkeys, and grassfed beef. We also offer seasonal gift boxes featuring our Jersey cow cheeses and grassfed beef sausages. We graze our herd of 30 Jersey cows from spring through fall and have cheese custom-made (Grassfed organic Jersey cow cheese)ONLY when our cows are on lush green pastures. Our products are available at the downtown St. Paul Farmers Market, at our farm, and we offer mail-order cheese and Sweetland's "Holiday Gift Boxes" during the winter season. We pride ourselves on using old fashioned, humane methods.
