Swoon Kitchenbar

Jeff Gimmel, former Executive Chef of "Michael's" in New York City, and Nina Bachinsky-Gimmel, formerly of the pastry kitchens in "Union Square Cafe" and "Le Bernardin", have created a neighborhood brasserie that reflects their philosophy of ingredient-driven cuisine. The menu features locally grown natural and organic products and ingredients. The extensive wine list allows innovative and delightful pairings with the menu. Swoon also hosts special Wine Dinners, giving diners an opportunity to meet and eat with distinguished winemakers.
