We are a small greenhouse farm in CNY. We grow vertical! We use hydroponic methods, using "coir" which is an organic material made from coconut husk fiber ,to grow all our veggies. We do not use pesticides or GMO's in our vegetable production. We make three kinds of fruit salsa: Spike's Hot Old Goat Fruit Salsa, Violet's Medium Old Goat Fruit Salsa and Vinca's Sweet Old Goat Fruit Salsa. We also make Miss Violet's Tomato Basil Jam. All are made using our wonderful tomatoes:
