Take Root Farm C.S.A.is family owned and operated.We have been commited to growing produce according to organic standards since 2002.We provide members with fresh healthy vegetables and fruit year round. Our summer season is our main focus,beginning in June and ending in October. Members come out to the farm and pick up thier share of the harvest, much of which was picked that same morning. Besides picking up a generous box of fresh vegetables and fruit, members enjoy spending time at the farm in the u-pick flower and herb areas, where they can choose free herbs, greens and a bouquet of flowers to bring home too! This is a great way for those without time, aptitude,or availability of land to garden to come out to "thier" farm, feel and smell the Earth and thier "root" connection to life.
