Welcome to Tamarack Hollow Farm in Burlington's New North End. Come visit the farmer's market to pick up a fresh pastured chicken or maybe a dozen eggs from our pastured raised chickens? Bacon and eggs? We've got all the pork cuts from our heritage breed, pasture raised pigs. Perhaps a salad with all that protein? Pick up a full range of vegetables as well, arugula to husk cherries to heirloom tomatoes and zucchini.
