Packaging options: Vacuum sealing (cryovac) with black foam meat trays.

Freezer packages also available: Whole and half sides of beef and pork

I have used Tarzia for ducks and broilers, and count myself very lucky to have him pretty close. This place is top notch in every way: professional, caring, respectful of the animals. He is simply the best!


I have used Tarzia several times for pigs now. He has always been professional, kind, and reasonable. He runs a very clean business which I have reccomended to several other folks who have required butchering services.
