Now taking sign ups for our 2014 Fall CSA. First delivery is on October 10. Check out our blog from 9/6/2014 for sign up details. Join now! Our family farm produces sustainably-grown heirloom vegetables, herbs, and Shiitake mushrooms on 44 acres of mixed farmland, open meadows and hardwood forest. Our produce is hand-cultivated in raised garden beds, using no power equipment (e.g. tractors, rototillers, mowers) and using absolutely no chemicals or GMOs. As stewards of the land, we focus intensively on building healthy, rich soils, the foundation for growing nutritious, robust vegetables. Our heirloom vegetable varieties, which feature old-fashioned or unusual seeds, provide exceptional flavor, nutrition and freshness that can only be found in diversified local farm systems. We believe our food is most excellent! Our CSA Community-supported agriculture, or CSA, is a direct food connection between a farmer and a consumer. Each member pays a subscription fee to buy a share of the harvest and support a farmer's vocation to farm respectfully within his/her local ecosystem. Every Friday, June through the first week of October (18 weeks), we will deliver a bag of fresh produce to your home in the borough of Lewisburg or to a predetermined drop-off location in Lewisburg or Muncy. Leave a large cooler with ice packs by your door, and we fill it with great-tasting produce. Farming is dependent on the many variables of nature, which may affect the variety and amount in a share.
Tewksbury Grace Farm CSA Benefits: Home delivery, if you live in the borough of Lewisburg, or delivery to a predetermined location. Two different membership levels. Staggered payment option.
