The Bee Charmer is operated by a third generation beekeeper with over 50 years of experience with the honeybee. We have hives in three counties in the Dallas, Texas area and also send some of our bees to south Texas. At this time we are managing about 300 hives. An observation hive is maintained for school and civic group seminars. We produce local honey and hive products. We are members of the American Beekeeping Federation, Texas Beekeepers Association and the local county beekeepers club.

The Bee Charmer takes great care in removing the honey frames from the hive and processing the honey. Because it is important to keep all of nature's good things in, we only strain the honey before it is bottled. We do not heat or filter the honey. Some of our hives are located on farms growing organically. We are doing our very best to keep healthy, chemically free hives. We believe in the healing and medicinal properties of honey. Buying local is the right choice.
