It is owned and operated by proven restaurant stalwarts, including an internationally practiced published chef and three experienced restaurant veterans. We are members of the Canadian Organic Growers, Savour Ottawa and are founders and active supporters of the Kemptville Farmers' Market; we offer local and heritage breed meats, vegetarian and vegan options, and because our food is always made from scratch, we are able to accomadate many dietary restrictions including wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, macrobiotic, oil free, salt free and flavour free (just kidding about the last one ;-))
