The Cutting Garden

Located in the hamlet of Youngsville in the Catskill Region of New York State, we are a small seasonal grower of cut flowers and some vegetables. This is primarily a pick your own operation, but we will create cut flower arrangements and bouquets for special occasions. We offer about 100 varieties of flowers, herbs and vegetables, all of which are grown using organic methods. Garden Tours are available during our hours of operation. Our store features products made by local artisans as well as organic fair trade cocoa, chocolates lopcal honey and maple syrup. We offer workshops and other events throughout the year.
