From the free roaming hens and hogs of Tim Rocha's Kellie Brook Farm to the most beautiful lettuces, herbs, and heirloom vegetables of the myriad small farmers of southern Maine and New Hampshire, made possible with help of George Carpenter's Farm2Chef.
The extensive wine list and a cheese list inspired by the perfectionism of local makers such as Valerie Davies of Heart Song Farm can round out a sumptuous dining experience that began in the farms and waters of New England.
