The Dream Catcher Ranch

We are a small family farm in Orland. We raise heritage and traditional livestock. While we are not certified organic, we do not give our animals unnecessary antibiotics, hormones or other substances. We interact with our animals and treat them humanely.

We raise Beef, Berkshire Pork, Goat and Lamb. They are pastured and supplemented with grass hay. Our pigs also receive grain and whatever they find digging up in the pasture!

We've been buying pork shares from Kim and Richard since October 2011 and I must say we have been wonderfully satisfied with the quality, variety and taste of our pork! My husband, who wasn't much of a pork eater prior - other than ham and bacon (and who doesn't like those?) - has thought the dishes I have made with the Dream Catcher Ranch pork have been delicious!

We've recently purchased the bacon and we love it! It's very lean and so delicious! We're looking forward to getting our ham in a few weeks.... [more]
