Set on 21 wooded acres in a 1792 restored stagecoach stop, we specialize in locally produced/raised products. From heritage breed pork and Highlander cattle to heirloom variety produce and local cheese all our ingredients are selected for their quality, integrity and sustainability. Chef's 5 course 'Verterra' tasting is the showcase of 'whats fresh now' - it changes weekly according to the season and the moment. In addition to our tasting menu, we offer a complete a la carte menu and a casual Tavern style menu (served on the deck in summer).
