The Kelly's Chapel Farm has been producing grass fattened beef since 1993. While we are not certified organic, our Southwest Virginia mountain hillside pastures receive only natural fertilizer ammendments. We will only process our animals while they are actively grazing fresh grass. We produce our own hay, so we know the source of our animals entire diet. Our animals drink from enclosed water troughs, not stagnant ponds or eroded stream banks. We offer our beef in spilt-quarters, halves and whole bulk quantities. Our beef is processed in a local federally inspected facility and is aged three weeks. We also have our beef available by the piece, as supplies permit, at Indoor Farms Greenhouses in Meadowview, VA.
