The Lamb's Quarter

The Lamb's Quarter is a regionally recognized sustainable farm, organically managing it's vegetables, livestock, and poultry. The recipients of the 2011 Calvert County Sustainble Farmer of the Year award, the Calvert Co. Forestry Board "Tree Token" award for forestry stewardship and education, and featured in numerous newspaper articles, The Lamb's Quarter is a family farm committed to fidelity, conservation, and stewardship. We offer a 22 week CSA, as well as on farm sales of our meats and eggs. We also sell at the Old Town Alexandria Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. The 145 acre farm has been in our family since 1690.
