The Little Boon Farm

We moved to our farm in 2008, after deciding we wanted to raise our family on a farm. We already had dogs, chickens, ducks and pheasants to start us off. We started with a small vegetable garden for the first year, growing most common vegetables, and partaking in a local farmers market for the next 2 years. We have expanded our garden twice more, and now have around 1.25 acres.

We enjoy raising many different animals. We have: sheep, goats, llamas, cows, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, pheasants, and deer. We love working on our farm, and doing everything ourselves. It has been a learning experience for us, moving from the suburbs to the country, and all the trials and tribulations we have had along the way.

We are an all-natural farm that treats everything organic. The vegetables are chemical and pesticide free. The animals enjoy their hay, or fresh green grass when in the pastures.

We are in your second year of have a CSA and are looking fro several new members. We deliver to homes in orono and surrounding areas.
