Awarded a well-deserved 4-star rating by "The Olympian", The Mark serves healthful, sustainable Italian food. The eatery is the only organic restaurant certified by the state of Washington. Chef/owner Lisa Owen estimates that 75% of the ingredients used are organic. The simple menu reflects the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and Owen's commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience. Offerings include several pasta dishes, meat, seafood and vegetarian entrees. The bar serves creative, refreshing signature cocktails also using organic ingredients when available.

Desserts are prepared in-house.

With three private dining rooms, The Mark can accommodate a wide range of occasions from corporate functions to wedding receptions to business meetings. (more...)
