The Milk House Farm Market

We are proud to grow spray free, chemical free produce to improve the quality of our customers lives. We take pride in our growing practices and welcome you to tour the farm and see how we do it.

Slack farm was established in the mid 1800's, we sold our dairy herd in 1988 but have continued to crop farm. In 2007 we established the Milk House Farm Market in the old milk house part of the dairy barn. Brenda Slack and her father now run the market which specializes in outstanding Sweet Corn and Tomatoes.

We have over 900 chickens that lay delicious brown, tan, white and blue (yes, blue) eggs which are available daily in the market. We collect Fresh eggs every day! We also have a flock of Indian Runner Ducks that will be laying eggs in the Spring!

You can come and Tour the Farm anytime! Our Farm is Your Farm! We have educational signs up for the kids to follow. Come and learn about our farm animals and see where your food is grown!

Our lady farmer, Brenda Slack is known on the East coast as "The Queen of Variety". She prides her self in growing exotic varieties of potatoes, 42 varieties of tomatoes, several types of eggplant, specialty melons, rare zucchini varieties, squash of all shapes and sizes and hard to find herbs along with the other classic crops that she grows such as sweet corn, watermelon, sunflowers and much more! Check out our Website or Facebook page for a list of what we are currently harvesting!

We are proud to host the Milk House Soap Company offering handmade soaps such as "Heavenly Shea Butter" Almond Butter Soap, Coffee Soap (to neutralize odors on your hands after cutting onions, garlic, etc.), and Almond Honey Soap.

We currently offer pasture-raised, certified organically fed broilers and moskovy ducks, annually in the fall.

Mr. Slack, at the age of 80, continues to work the fields to bring you hay, straw, and mulch hay year round.

Our customers say coming to our farm is like going back in time to how Bucks County used to be. Come see for yourself a slice of Bucks County history and enjoy our healthy, delicious, high quality produce, honey, and eggs.
