The Right Slice is Kauai's exclusive fresh pie bakery. We specialize in fresh local flavors using whatever produce is in season. For example: Island Lemon or Lime pies using terrific local Meyer lemons or Rangpur limes, Tropical Banana pies with bananas delivered fresh from our local Pirate Farm, Guava pie when the guavas are fresh, and even a Ruby Red Grapefruit pie during citrus season. The Right Slice currently sells exclusively at several Kauai Farmers Markets as well as the Hanapepe Friday Art Night (5-9 pm). Market schedules are subject to change...Monday at Kukui Grove, Lihue 3-4:30; Tuesday mornings 9- noon at Coconut Marketplace Kapaa; Tuesday afternoons on the northshore from2-4 at Waipa Farmers Market; Wednesdays from4-6 pm on the southshore at Kukui'ula Culinary Market.(more...)
