A few words from the Wooly Ones: "We are a multi colored hand spinner's flock of various sheep breeds. We live to eat and raise our lambs in a river canyon filled with wild plants and pasture, fresh spring water, and a safe night pen to sleep in. We tolerate our shepherdess keeping coats over our fleeces year round in return for growing some lovely wool ( if we do say so ourselves...). Aside from being sheared by aforementioned shepherdess once a year before lambing, we are left to our natural rythms of eating, wandering around, eating, taking naps, eating and sleeping. Of course there are the seasonal visits by the rams, followed five months later by the arrival of our lambs, and the glorious bonding and baaing with our beloved babies.
