We follow the law for Organic certification, but have not yet applied for it. The law allows us to use the word organic without certifification until such time as our sales reach $5000. Our main motivation for farming organically is to protect the environment and our health. We know pesticides cause miscarriage, brain damage, birth defects and cancer.
