The Sweet Habanero

The Sweet Habanero has been growing organically without chemicals or pesticides since 1989. The Sweet Habanero is a licensed Florida nursery and FDACS Seed Dealer. We grow, package and sell a variety of fresh and dried medicinal herbs, and a variety of organic seeds and plants.

We have been a proud member of the Local Harvest Community since 2007 and since then, thanks to Local Harvest and customers like you, our list of regulars keeps on growing.

The Sweet Habanero specializes in growing Anamu (guinea henweed), a tropical medicinal herb, offering both fresh cut and dried leaf for the making of tea and infusions; and, a variety of specialty heirloom peppers and herbs.

We also offer in season a limited number of heirloom peppers, Venezuelan Heirloom Aji Dulce, Padron, Bhut Jolokia, Habanero and a limited variety of hot peppers; specialty & medicinal herbs, plants and seed. We grow Culantro / Racao, Aloe Vera, Basil, Anamu, Kalanchoe pinnata / Miracle of Life, Stevia, and more, check our store for availability.

SHIPPING: We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, our various shipping options reflect the difference in cost. USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking is included on all Priority Mail orders to ensure safe delivery. Most seeds ship FREE via regular USPS First Class Mail.

Shipping is actual shipping plus minimal packing / handling. If shipping was miscalculated a refund will be issued.

Fresh from Florida -- Dried herbs and seed ship Monday / Friday weekly. Live plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail Monday / Tuesday weekly so plants do not sit in postal facility over a weekend. We carefully pack our plants and produce to make sure that they ship safely but we cannot guarantee how they are treated once they leave our nursery. USPS does not insure perishable items. Shipping is non-refundable. If your plant does not arrive safely please let us know and we will work with you.

wonderfull flavor!!! I am a native to pueto rico and i use aji Dulce for sofrito , (great for flavoring meats, soups, rice,ect....) I live in minnesota and could not find the seeds anywhere!!!!! thank you LOCAL HARVEST!!!!
