Thompson Street Farm is a small family farm in South Glastonbury Connecticut. Our vegetables are grown in 20 raised beds including a green house. We use no chemicals and/or pesticides and follow the growing guidelines for organic growers. This year (2011), we added 6 more raised bed and built several micro-green houses to grow trays of micro-greens. For the 2011 growing season we are growing the following: Lettuce - Green and Red leaf; Romaine; Bib

Baby Arugula
Baby Spinach.
