Thompsons Eggs

We are a small chicken and egg operation. It all started when my young son wanted some chickens and has blossomed from there. We normally keep breeds of chickens known for laying good quality brown eggs. They are free range and are also fed Purina Feeds. Our flock includes Rhode Island Reds, New Hampshire Reds, Red Sex Link, and Silver Lace Wyandottes. All of our flock are considered pets, so when the hen is out of production she gets to live out her life eating good things and taking lots of dirt baths (a chicken's favorite pastime).

When our eggs are collected they are washed in a 99% organic wash and placed in a new carton. Our eggs are stored in a refrigerator that only contains other eggs. (more...)
