Our flours are stone-ground using organic barley, kamut, rye, spelt, wheat, white wheat, and GLUTEN-FREE amaranth, blue and yellow corn, black beans, garbanzo beans, lentils, brown rice, buckwheat, millet, oats and quinoa. We purchase our grains from organic farms in Northwest USA, and all of the sprouting and milling process is handled on our farm.
All flours are milled fresh per order. They do not sit on a shelf in a warehouse. We offer whole grain flours for hearty breads and beautiful baking of finer cakes, pastries, and pastas.

Been using this for making homemade tortillas. Taste is different than what you would get in a store, but it's been great, the family loves them. Thrilled to finally have corn flour I trust giving my family and they really enjoy.
This flour is of very high quality, is very finely ground, and has excellent taste. But more than that, I've found that because it's sprouted I can use it, particularly with a sourdough starter, even though I have Crohn's disease and am on an almost entirely starch- and sugar-free diet.... [more]

I have purchased the sifted flour from them before and it is the only whole wheat flour I have used for 100% whole wheat bread that rises beautifully and tastes nutty and great, not like sawdust! I use their yeasted recipe with honey as the sweetener and it works in or out of a bread machine as well (I have done both) I am trying the non sifted next and hope to see if the rise is as good and how the texture changes....
