Hello, my name is Jennifer Althoff & my husband Joe & our 6 children farm in Jefferson county. We live on 60 acres where most of the animals are kept except for the cows that we rent the rest of the acreage at several locations. We have free range all natural eggs that we sell at several locations in the surrounding St.Louis area and from our farm. We've got all natural fed pigs that we sell by the whole or half.We are also certified with Nieman Ranch and sell to them also.They are in a large area and are not in a confinement building at all.We just recently put up two hoop builings that they can farrow in and grow in a open area with straw bedding to burrow in. We also have all natural beef that are raised on pasture & grain but of course get hay when the grass is gone.

All natural beef, pork, poultry, and fresh free range eggs. We only sell what we raise so there may be a waiting period due to availability.Produce just depends on the weather and how much time I have to spare with the garden.we usually have frozen chickens on hand.The hogs aren't usually but a few months waiting period but the steers are usually longer.The hogs and steers are processed at a small very well respected usda inspected butcher in gray summit,mo.Zernas
