The Truly Fine Chocolate Sauce is just that "Truly Fine". We believe in being modest so we didn't call it Temptation or Chocolate Sin or Decadent but we could have. This is a really good sauce that has strong chocolate notes and a very rich creaminess that is just amazing. This is a sauce for those who want dark chocolate without bitterness or fudginess. We use chocoalte from Valrhona( France), Callabaut (Belgium), El Rey ( Venezuala), Santa Domingo Republic and from Costra Rica, Sao Tome and occasionally others get in there too. We blend these chocolates to get this amazing flavor and then we soften it with organic 42% cream. Very Yummy and nothing like the Hot Fudge Sauce.

Folks have used our sauces (we have to figure out a different name for themÃ?Â?Ã?Â?Ã?Â?Ã?Â?Ã?Â?Ã?Â?Ã?Â?Ã?Â?) in coffee for a little extra kick day or night; cold milk, hot milk, soy milk, spread on warm fresh bread in place of butter or jam; as a tart layer, on crepes, over waffles, spread on pound cake and other kinds of cakes, biscotti dip; drizzled on a tart or pie. Try blending it with marscapone cheese or whipped cream in a crepe with berries. It has also been used for dipping summer strawberries and draped over other fruits.
