A little about us:

Steven and I, both classically trained in the culinary and pastry arts, have worked throughout the country in various fine dining restaurants and bakeries. We have now taken our passion for great food right into the fields, growing on my family's land in Egg Harbor Door County, Wisconsin. These 200 acres have been in my family for 200 years, on which we are managing 20 acres of tillable land, and 15 of the forests.. R (more...)
