Twin Creeks Ranch

Fred and Sherry Alongi acquired ownership of Twin Creeks Ranch in October of 2004 and immediately began to implement their vision for the property, which was and still is, to raise, protect, and nurture (from birth to finishing) a healthy herd of 100 percent pastured cattle using low stress handling, while concurrently implementing ecologically sound land stewardship. In accordance with that vision we have restored pastures, completely replaced or newly installed several miles of perimeter and cross fences, developed and protected wildlife areas, and renovated the outbuildings, corral area, and water facilities. Their eldest daughter, Angelina, lives in Texas, has a BA in biology and is in charge of herd health and nutrition, in addition to developing a market for the finished beef , which is sold in retail cuts at several farmers' markets and Village Foods in Bryan, TX through our distribution and marketing company, Pearl's Pastured Beef.

All calves are born and raised on the ranch premises, until they are harvested as full grown beeves. It takes approximately two years with the resulting beef being highly flavorful, marbled, and palatable.

100% pastured. No hormones or antibiotics are ever fed. Never penned, humanely raised and handled in a low stress envirionment. Fresh well water is piped throughout the ranch for their utilization.
