U-Pick Standing Up describes how you pick the Strawberries, Tomatoes and Peppers that we grow Hydroponically in vertical stacks of pots. The quality and taste of our produce is exponentially better than field grown produce partly because it is grown hydroponically and partly because it is "vine ripe". Soon the broccoli, green beans, hot peppers, and eggplant will be ready. In the Spring we will open a field for okra, sweet corn, squash, cucumbers, and collards. Come out and enjoy the magic of the Strawberry Patch. Make some memories with the children on a Strawberry Safari. Clean Family Fun.
