Welcome to Urban Acres, our urban homestead! We raise purebred Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats with the goal of providing families with wonderful additions to their family that can act as a source of delicious, healthy milk and lifelong companions. In our limited space we also have an organic garden, free range chickens, milk fed pigs, and meat goats. Raw milk and colostrum is available for pet use.

Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf goats are renowned for their sweet tasting, high quality milk. Like the Jersey cow and heritage breeds of yesteryear they are not considered "profitable" for commercial dairies. However their higher quality milk makes them ideal for family and small farm milkers. The butterfat contents of the milk from my does ranges from 5% to as high as 8.5%, resulting in rich milk and large yeilds of creamy cheese.
