Uzbek Porcelain is brand new to the United States. It is a porcelain garlic and very hardy and easy to grow. It has a milder but flavorful taste. Uzbeki White was the favorite garlic eaten raw in my taste test. It would go well in Italian food and held its flavor sauteed. It has satiny white bulb wrappers and large, symmetrical cloves that are easy to peel. By far, the most reliable and easiest to cook with.
