The V&O Ranch is nestled in the foothills of the Trinity Mountains. It is there that our herd of meat goats are bred, born and raised. Our animals are free range and browse on all natural feed. Their meat is lean and flavorful. Our mission is to bring a unique product to the market and let people discover the unspoken and true flavor of goat meat. We therefore sell mountain raised and USDA processed goat meat. Our meat is sold frozen and vacuumed packed.
