Valchris Farm was established in 2006 by Don & Nancy Hess. Named for Don's parents, Valerie & Christopher Hess, the farm is located on 15 acres in Southeastern CT. with one acre in production. We have been certified organic by Baystate Organic Certifiers since the first growing season and have been using nutrient density practices since spring 2010. We are dedicated to growing and providing nutritious and locally sustainable fruits and vegetables.
