Valley Farmers is a growers' coop marketing grass fed beef, lamb, pork and veal to individuals, restaurants and retail stores. Our farms are in the Hudson Valley and neighboring regions. We sell frozen boxed meat to individuals, fresh meat cut in primals or cut to order for stores and restaurants. Our pork is often from heritage breeds; one of our growers is certified organic. We have pastured chickens from June 30 through October. Our farms are small, our animals are hand raised on pastures. We ship UPS, preferably in our region. You will find us at
