Hello! We raise a heritage breed, Southdowns. Southdown sheep which are a meat breed with medium wool. Our sheep are all purebred, however when you are shearing and see their fleece, their must be some Rambouillet in there somewhere. Lovely fleeces! We raise our lambs for 4-H projects and FFA, market lambs, and for meat.

We are located in North Texas and are one of the few lamb operations left in Collin County. We are always looking to make new farm friends. Call or email to come by. We would love to talk sheep with you on the front porch.

I farm when I am not at my full time job, so I am always looking for hints to do it better! Our sheep are all organic. We graze on coastal bermuda and suplement with alfalfa when I can get it. (more...)
