Sun Gold Farm is owned and operated by Charlie and Vicki Hertel, Greg and Stephanie Ainsworth, and our son Chris. Chris and Stephanie are the fifth generation of our family to farm this soil in the fertile Tualatin Valley west of Portland. We take pride in offering only the healthiest and highest quality fruits and vegetables. We do not use pesticides, and we carefully rotate our crops to maintain soil health and fertility. Most of the farm work is done by the five of us, with some seasonal help from friends in the peak of summer. Our main outlets are local farmers markets and our CSA Harvest Share program.
