Welcome to Violet Hill Farm... home of Belle Rouge chicken, the best chicken you'll ever taste. We carry Belle Rouge chicken, Almost Wild guinea hen, Naturally Colorful eggs and assorted wild, foraged mushrooms as available. We have pastured turkeys for Thanksgiving. We also now carry our Violet Hill GONE WILD! line of dried foraged mushrooms and assorted herbs. We pasture raise our animals and use no anti-biotics, steroids or hormones.
