Viox Farms has been family owned and operated for over 100 years. We offer all natural, grass fed beef. It is available in whole, sides, or quarters. We also have ground beef. Grass fed beef is more healthy than than other beef options. We practice managed intensive grazing, where the cattle are moved to new pasture frequently. Our cattle are raised from birth to finish. The breeds we work with are Polled Herefords, Angus, and British Whites.
We have pastured pork year round. All our meat is free of antibiotics, vaccines, and hormones.
We also have pastured eggs, $3.50/dzn.
We also sell whole pastured chickens available fresh or frozen.
