Our goal is to feed 1% of the USVI with local organic produce. Currently it is estimated that over 99% of teh local food consumed is imported, and much of it is low quality. Through our CSA, farm to chef sales, and web market that features over 12 other sustainable growers, we hope to achieve that goal in 5 years.
