Walnut Creek Farm is located in Ranger, Georgia in Gordon County and is named for the Black Walnut trees that border the two creeks that meander across the property. The land is a mixture of pasture and hardwood forest that provides a perfect environment for raising animals in a natural and humane manner.
At Walnut Creek Farm we will be focusing on providing a variety of pasture based meats and naturally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs and honey, and raw Jersey cow milk.
We currently have pasture raised pork for sale. Our heritage Tamworth pigs are raised on pasture and produce amazing meat. We have two inch thick bone in pork chops, sausage, Boston butts, whole hams, pork loin roasts, fresh belly (for making your own bacon), ham roasts, trotters, hocks, and for the more adventurous tongue, kidneys, hearts and liver. We also have leaf fat and fat back for rendering your own lard.
We will soon have raw Jersey cow milk for sale.
We will also have pasture raised lamb, duck, geese, chickens and turkeys in the near future. Eggs, honey, fruit and vegetables will be available soon as well.
Feel free to contact us if any questions or to let us know what products you are interested in. Our website will be operational soon and will have more details regarding products, prices, etc.
