A great diuretic tea to flush the urinary system and help detoxify from bacteria. Great if taken after a Urinary Tract Infection or other bladder complaint.

Blend can also be used if you are experiencing bloat during the summer months from increased heat and sun. This tea blend works very well with "Pitta" doshas (Ayurvedic) and helps to cool down internal organs by expelling excess heat that can cause the body to retain water.

Herbs will detox the system and are good to use after a urinary related complaint. If suffer from reoccurring urinary symptoms a kidney detox is advised.
Blend can also be used by women experiencing heavy bloat during PMS and can be used along with PMS Stress Tea for optimum results.
This tea will cause increased urination aiding in water elimination. Lemon juice may be added for additional detoxification.
I use this blend regularly and have had very good results with reducing bloat and have had less urinary concerns as well have my clients. I recommend this blend if you suffer from UTI's and IC - tea may also be taken along with my Urinary Tract Infection (Uva Ursi) Tea or IC Tea to aid with healing and soothing of the urinary system.
** This tea is not to be taken if you are on any type of NSAID medication and should not be combined with conventional water pills **
