Our girls gather from the Appalachian Mountain wildflowers in the Wild, Wonderful Hills of West Virginia. Our honey is manually extracted from the comb. It is gravity filtered through three (3) stainless steel screens to remove most of the visible pieces of wax, and pollen. It does not remove all the small grains of wax and pollen.
